He added that the design of "Khan Al-Wazir" aligns with the company's vision of combining modernity with the revival of ancient architectural heritage, making it the first mall with a distinctive architectural character and a historical landmark for visitors.
He further noted that the project's investments exceed EGP 700 million, with sales targets reaching EGP 1 billion in the first quarter. The project is self-financed through Egyptian-Emirati investments and spans an area of 2,250 square meters.
Al-Wazir affirmed that Arabisk Real Estate Development Company operates in line with the state's urban development goals, as the real estate sector contributes 23% to the GDP. The company aims to expand into new cities in the coming period.
He also mentioned that the company will soon launch two projects in Obour City on 16 acres with investments estimated at EGP 13 billion, as well as a project on the North Coast to establish a tourist village, with total investments for both projects expected to exceed EGP 20 billion.
